These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ENCAPS website and online store and to purchases made through the store.
The website and online store are operated by ENCAPS Pty Ltd (“ENCAPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order through our online store, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Our online store provides information about, and allows customers to purchase, fire suppression products, fire-fighting agents, equipment, accessories and related products supplied by ENCAPS.
Products may be supplied by ENCAPS directly or sourced from manufacturers, distributors or other authorised suppliers.

You will use the products only for lawful purposes.

5. Chemical and fire suppression products
Some products supplied by ENCAPS contain concentrates, chemicals or other substances that require appropriate handling.
Customers must:
Follow the applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
Follow product labels and instructions.
Store products appropriately.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment where required.
Comply with applicable transport and dangerous-goods requirements.
Keep products away from children and unauthorised persons.
Not mix products with other chemicals unless specifically authorised or instructed.
Not use products outside their intended application.
Where an SDS or technical data sheet is available, customers should review it before using the product.
6. Orders
When you place an order through our online store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
We may accept or decline an order for reasonable reasons, including:

We are unable to fulfil the order.
